Antioch’s huge summer festival will celebrate its 20th year in Downtown Antioch. Antioch’s Taste of Summer offers food, entertainment, carnival, sidewalk sales, and many other activities that make up a great 4 day family fun festival, July 15th through July 18th. Gather your family and friends and head to Antioch for great family fun! This year the Taste will enjoy a new design by allowing our family Carnival to set-up in the parking lots around the Bandshell. This enables Orchard Street to remain open to traffic during the Taste due to local road construction. There will be no public parking at the Taste, but there is plenty of parking around Authentic Antioch. Plan on parking and strolling through Downtown while browsing through Sidewalk Sales as you head to the Taste Festival.
Antioch proudly welcomes back American English on Sunday, July 18th, from 2:00 till 5:00 pm, followed by a “Meet and Greet American English” from 5:00 till 5:30 pm. BBI LIVE is also back this year. BBI is a long-time favorite of Taste of Summer enthusiasts. BBI LIVE will be performing Saturday, July 17th from 8:00 pm till 11:00 pm.

Food booths will offer the consumer a fantastic array of foods and drinks featuring Mexican, Chinese, American, BBQ, Italian and many others that will delight people with discriminating tastes. New this year are our “eco-friendly” water bottles which bring a whole new look, but are better for our environment. Wander under the big top tents while enjoying the many delightful delicacies and entertainment. Eating, Shopping, Entertainment and Fun…it all happens in Antioch!
The Entertainment Schedule is jam packed this year to bring back Hi-Infidelity, performing July 16th, from 8:00 till 11:00 pm. Antioch’s own Mike Lescher will perform Thursday from 4-7 pm, plus the Petro Band will perform from 5-7 and Antioch’s Gus Stagg will perform Friday night and Sunday afternoon before our headlining bands.
